It isn't easy to make the decision to invite a caregiver into your home to provide assistance. That's why our agency uses the highest standards when screening and selecting employees.
All of our employees are drug tested and fingerprinted. We check personal and professional references, and have national background checks performed. Employees also go through mandatory training before working with clients. Our caregivers are required to participate in continuing education classes provided by our nursing staff on a monthly basis.
